Apex Resolution Move plan for Everyday Digital
Prepared for Leslie Barreto Tate · Everyday Digital

Your business outgrew GoDaddy. Let's move it without missing a beat.

Leslie, you built Everyday Digital fast: a live site, a lead flow in GHL, and a summit this week with your name on it. This is my picture of how we move the foundation under all of it to Google Workspace and Cloudflare, built from what you told me today and the digging I did after.

From Carlos Boyd · November 2, 2026 · Anything marked Sample is an example, not your data. Nothing moves without your yes.

What I heard

Your words first. Then what each one means for the move.

The goal
I want google workspace

Gmail, Calendar and Drive on everydaydigital.ai. Mail, calendar and contacts come over from Microsoft before anything is switched off.

Your files
one drive is full right now, everything now gets backed up to corpgirlie gmail account

Room to grow, in one place. We measure OneDrive first, pick a Google plan with space to spare, and bring work back out of the personal account.

Your addresses
I also have admin@

All four stay. We confirm which are full mailboxes and which can be free aliases, so you only pay for the seats you use.

Your site
my website was created in lovable with webhooks to my GHL

Site and lead flow stay as they are. We copy the website record exactly and send a test form into GHL at every stage.

Your account
I log in, and yes I can give you access

You stay the owner. You add me as a delegate on GoDaddy, so your password never leaves your hands.

Admin access
I dont know about the admin.microsft

We check it together on our call. If GoDaddy holds the Microsoft admin keys, we ask them to release them before Stage 2.

Where you stand today

Scored from the outside in. Public records, checked Nov 2.

SolidDomain

Registered to you through GoDaddy, locked and private, paid through June 2027.

SolidWebsite and lead flow

Your Lovable site is live and its forms feed GHL. We protect both through every stage.

Needs workEmail trust

Microsoft isn't signing your outgoing mail, and your sender list only names GoDaddy. That can push your mail toward spam.

FullFiles

OneDrive is full, so new work spills into a personal Gmail.

MovesDNS

Every record sits at GoDaddy today. Cloudflare holds them next.

MovesEmail home

Microsoft 365 bought through GoDaddy. Google Workspace is next.

Watch move day

Email moves on a quiet weekday. You keep working the whole time.

Click any step. The timing is an example; we set the real day together. Sample

    This week

Three fixes you can make now. Free, whether we move or not.

    The build

Three stages. Each one useful the day it's done.

    1. Stage 1 · DNS to Cloudflare
      • Export every record from GoDaddy and copy it into your new Cloudflare account, line by line.
      • Switch your nameservers. Email, site and GHL keep running on the same records.

Done when your site loads, mail flows as usual, and a test form lands in GHL, all through Cloudflare.

From you: GoDaddy delegate access and about 15 minutes to open your Cloudflare account.

    2. Stage 2 · Email and files to Google
      • Confirm Microsoft admin access. If GoDaddy holds it, we ask them to release it.
      • Set up Google Workspace in your name, copy mail, calendar and contacts, and move OneDrive files into Drive.
      • Switch email delivery to Google on move day and set up your phone and laptop together.
      • Fix the email trust gaps: Google signs your mail and the sender list names Google and GHL.

Done when you send and receive as leslie@everydaydigital.ai from Gmail, your old mail and files are there, and GHL emails still go out.

From you: one call to sign in to Google and Microsoft together, and your OK on the Google plan.

    3. Stage 3 · Leave GoDaddy
      • Transfer the domain to Cloudflare. You see and approve Cloudflare's price on screen first.
      • After the 30-day safety net, cancel Microsoft 365 and any GoDaddy products you no longer use.

Done when Cloudflare holds your domain, Google holds your mail and files, and nothing renews at GoDaddy.

From you: approve the transfer email and confirm each cancellation.

    What stays yours

You own every account. You call every step.

Your accountsGoogle and Cloudflare live in your name, with your sign-in and your backup codes.
Your vendorsYou pay Google and Cloudflare directly, the same way you handle GoDaddy and Microsoft now.
Your timingNothing starts before November 11, and each stage waits for your go.
Your safety netMicrosoft stays on 30 days after the switch, so nothing is lost.
